In this study of the DLR-Institute of Transportation Systems, you will help us understand how characteristics of public transport connections contribute to their competitiveness from a user perspective. The findings can help improve the planning of transport networks and connections, the processing of routing requests, and flexible passenger routing.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for participants who are at least 16 years old. There is one version in German and one in English.
Where and how long will it take?
The study takes about 15 minutes and can be completed from the comfort of your own computer, tablet or smartphone.
Is there any compensation?
Five Amazon vouchers worth € 20 will be raffled off among all participants who leave their e-mail address at the end of the study.
For participants of the TU Berlin (M.Sc. HF), the awarding of test participant hours credits is alternatively possible.
